Iñigo Pérez “Urrechu”, a chef of Basque origin, has several restaurants around the country and, for the first time, arrives in Barcelona to inaugurate his new restaurant in the Hotel Torre Melina Gran Meliá.
Urrechu has been head chef in the most important Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain and France. He started working at the age of 17 for Martín Berasategui, the chef who opened doors for him and taught him much of what he knows.
